Bring one active migration, integration, field issue, feature or release-readiness problem. We’ll agree the scope, included usage, support and success criteria before you start.

On our contact page, mention “RDK Accelerator” and briefly describe the problem you want to evaluate.

Offer terms. For eligible RDK licensee/member companies, including those not attending the Summit. Applications close at 23:59 CEST on 30 September 2026. Acceptance is subject to qualification and capacity. The 60-day period begins at agreed activation. Additional consumption, dedicated FTE implementation, bespoke deployment and other services require separate agreement. The platform-fee waiver applies within the agreed offer scope.

What happens when I click Try KAVIA?

You’ll reach KAVIA’s contact page. Mention “RDK Accelerator” and briefly describe your engineering problem. We’ll contact you to discuss fit and scope. You can also explore the Demo Library first.

Do we need to evaluate all five use cases?

No. Choose one problem with a clear engineering outcome. We agree the scope, technical inputs and success criteria before activation.

Do we need to attend the Summit or use all 20 seats?

No. Eligible RDK licensee/member companies can apply whether or not they attend the Summit. Twenty users is the maximum. We recommend beginning with 3–5 engineers and a sponsor who can help define the problem and assess the result.

What does our team need to provide?

A problem description, participating engineers and approved access to the inputs and validation environment needed for the agreed task. Please don’t submit source code, credentials or proprietary logs through the contact form. We’ll agree an appropriate access method during scoping.

When does the 60-day period start?

At agreed activation, after qualification, scope agreement and readiness of the required inputs and environment. Activation is planned within 30 days of acceptance unless a different start is agreed. Contacting KAVIA does not start the 60-day clock.

What happens after 60 days?

We review the work against the agreed success criteria. Any paid continuation requires a separate agreement; it does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
