The Role
You will help turn ambiguity into a clear plan, keep technical work on track, identify delivery risk early, and make sure customer-facing engineering work is executed with discipline. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can create structure, drive follow-through, and improve how delivery happens over time.
What Success Looks Like in 60–90 Days
- Workstreams have clear scope, owners, timelines, and tracked dependencies
- Delivery risks are identified earlier and escalated more effectively
- Release readiness improves, with fewer last-minute surprises
- Stakeholders trust status reporting because it is clear, accurate, and useful
